On January 30, 2025, the Department of English Language and Literature organized a workshop on "Advanced Teacher Training Sessions" presented by the department's lecturer Eynur Mehdiyev. The workshop explored English language teaching methods, communicative language instruction, and the practical application of second language acquisition theories.

At the conclusion of the training, survey sheets distributed to teachers reflected positive feedback about the workshop.
