An article by Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of Political Science and Philosophy Department at Khazar University, titled “Science! (Elm!)”, has been published in Fuyuzat.az.

Assoc. Prof. Valiyev emphasizes in his article the small number of young professors in Azerbaijan, and notes the importance of eliminating obstacles in the education system to ensure the development of science. At the same time, the author proposes implementing reforms in the system of granting scientific titles and creating a more flexible structure.
