Pre-departure Orientation Session for Erasmus+ Exchange Students at Khazar University

On January 22, 2025, the International Relations Office of Khazar University held a pre-departure orientation session for students selected for the Erasmus+ exchange program. The event was attended by 10 undergraduate students who will continue their studies under the Erasmus+ exchange program at partner universities in Spain (University of Alicante), Poland (Powislanski and Kozminski universities), Portugal (Polytechnic Institute of Bragança), and Türkiye (Gaziantep Kalyoncu and Yozgat Bozok universities).

The event aimed to gather students' thoughts about the exchange program and inform them about the steps to be taken before, during, and after the program, academic expectations, and cultural adaptation.

At the beginning of the event, university administration and academic department heads congratulated the students on their selection for the exchange program and wished them success in their future academic endeavors.

Fatima Valiyeva, Head of the International Relations Office, emphasized that the academic and personal development opportunities students will gain during their studies abroad are invaluable, provided comprehensive information, and offered recommendations.

The meeting concluded with a photo session and the presentation of gifts to the students.
