On December 19, 2024, the final report meeting of the Erasmus+ PICASP project was held in the Marble Hall of Khazar University.

The event began with an opening speech by Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, Rector of Khazar University. Then, Fatima Valiyeva from Khazar University's International Relations Department gave a presentation about the university.

Dr. Raziya Isayeva, Dean of the School of Economics and Management, provided general information about the PICASP project and detailed the work done by the Khazar University Development Center within the project framework over the 4 years.

Presentations by History and Archaeology Department faculty members Dr. Yagub Mammadov on "Paleolithic Settlements of Azerbaijan" and Dr. Ramin Fatullayev on "Cultural Heritage of Azerbaijan during Early Soviet Rule" were listened to with great interest.

Several students and graduates of Tourism Management shared their experiences about classes conducted with programs acquired through the project and presented their startup ideas.

At the end of the event, gifts were presented to the guests and group photos were taken.

The second part of the meeting was held at Azerbaijan Tourism University.
