On December 11, 2024, the Department of Economics and Management hosted an engaging online seminar featuring Murad Aliyev, a PhD student at Istanbul University within the framework of the "State Program for Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023”. Students, faculty, and administrative staff of Khazar University participated in the seminar on work-life balance.

During his presentation, Aliyev highlighted the significant impact of work-life balance on employee motivation, productivity, and job satisfaction. He provided detailed information about his scientific work that explores the unique expectations and challenges faced by different generations working in Azerbaijani universities and clinics to achieve work-life harmony.

The seminar fostered high interactivity through questions and discussions.
