On December 11, 2024, an online meeting was held within the ERASMUS+ DIRNA project, coordinated by Khazar University.

The meeting was attended by representatives from Azerbaijani partner universities and the Izmir Institute of Technology. Discussions were held about the structure of the electronic archive platform to be established within the DIRNA project, the metadata input according to specific headings, and how the system would operate in each university in subsequent stages.
