An article by Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of Political Science and Philosophy Department at Khazar University, titled “Libraries in the age of technology”, has been published in Fuyuzat.az.

In his article, Assoc. Prof. Valiyev wrote about the library gaining a “temple” status in the modern world dominated by science as a space, preserving its importance as a physical space, and other related matters.
