On October 14, 2024, an online meeting was held between European partners - Izmir Institute of High Technology (IIHT), University of L'Aquila (UNIVAQ), University of Jyväskylä (JYU) - within the framework of the DIRNA project coordinated by Khazar University. During the meeting, Gültekin Gürdal, the library director of Izmir Institute of Technology, reported on the completed and upcoming work related to the "Quality Control" section, which is part of the 7th work package they are responsible for.

Partners were advised to regularly share materials about the work done in a common folder. Upcoming issues within the project framework were discussed.

The meeting was attended by Khazar University staff - Tatyana Zaytseva, Director of the Library Information Center (LIC), Raziya Isayeva, Director of the Development Center, Aytaj Misgarli, Deputy Director of LIC, and Jamila Guliyeva, Head of the Acquisition Department. Other participants included Begüm Yavuz, Lecturer and Data Manager at IIHT, Ayşen Binen, Academic Archive Manager, Gönül Kafalı Can, Lecturer, Francesco Tarquini, Researcher at UNIVAQ, Kati Clements, Research Coordinator at JYU, and Saana Mehtala, Researcher.
