On October 1, 2024, representatives from the Fairmont Baku hotel met with students majoring in “Tourism Management” at Khazar University. The event was organized by the university's Career and Alumni Center.

Fidan Huseynova, Director of Human Resources at Fairmont Baku, provided detailed information about the hotel's history, mission, and operating principles. She also introduced a student-focused unpaid internship program. Following the event, students participated in interviews for the internship program. 10 successful candidates will undergo a three-month unpaid internship at Fairmont Baku.
