The French language course, initiated in December 2023 by the Khazar ESN Initiative Group - Foreign Students Club of the Erasmus Student Network European project at Khazar University, has now been completed. The course experienced a break due to students' exams and holidays, with the 3-month program running from early April to late June.
Niama Hamdani, an international student at the university, taught the lessons before the break, while Aydan Eyvazzade, who had been invited to the university and studied in Switzerland, conducted the program after the break.
The course drew interest from students not only at Khazar University but also at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Alisa Nazirzade, the president of the Foreign Students Club, along with the club's event coordinator, Ilaha Mammadova, and social media manager, Nigar Asgarova, monitored the course's progress throughout its duration. During this time, the club president also took part in the course as a student.
Upon completion of the course, the International Students Department of Khazar University presented certificates to the instructors, the students with the highest attendance, and the club president, who participated as a student while also contributing to the course’s organization and management.
