From May 27th to 31st, 2024, Khazar University welcomed esteemed academic staff from Manisa Celal Bayar University, Republic of Turkey, as part of the enriching Erasmus Staff Mobility program. The visit fostered valuable exchanges and collaborative learning opportunities between the two institutions.

An acquaintance day was organized between the staff of the Economics and Management department and the International Relations office and the visiting scholars of Manisa Celal Bayar University.

On May 29th, Asiye Ayben Çelik captivated the audience with her presentation titled "Accessible and Inclusive Marketing Practices," emphasizing the importance of considering consumer vulnerability, particularly focusing on individuals with physical disabilities. Shule Ozturk followed with an insightful discourse on "Data Management and Process," showcasing practical applications through real-world examples and best practices. Lastly, on May 31st, Mustafa Tepeci delivered a comprehensive session on "Strategic Management for Hospitality and Tourism," providing students with invaluable insights into strategic frameworks such as Porter's "5 forces" model, resource analysis, and value chain analysis.

Throughout the seminars, lively discussions ensued between the speakers and the eager students of the Faculty of Economics and Management.
