On June 20, 2024, the final report conference for the "Establishment of the Azerbaijan Rectors' Conference" project, coordinated by Baku Business University with Khazar University as a partner, was held.
The conference was opened with a speech by Baku Business University Rector Prof. Ibad Abbasov. He provided detailed information on the successful implementation of this project, valued at approximately one million euros, spanning from 2020 to 2024 under the coordination of Baku Business University.
Following this, Nijat Mammadli, adviser to the Minister of Science and Education, and Ulkar Sattarova, Director of the State Agency for Science and Education, shared their thoughts on the project and offered sincere congratulations to the participants.
Eshqin Bayramov, vice-rector for International Relations at Baku Business University, and Gulshan Bayramova, director of the University-Industry Cooperation Department, discussed the necessity of the ECAR project, the existing needs, and provided information on the project's main goals and objectives, implementation stages, and the pilot committees involved in the project during their reports and presentations.
Following the report and presentation, a ceremony took place to present the partnership agreement signed by 21 universities in the project consortium, marking the project's final outcome.
European partners of the project spoke at the end, highlighting the successes achieved in this field.
Khazar University Rector Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, project committee members, Development Center head Raziya Isayeva, Quality Assurance Center head Lyudmila Sotova, International Relations Department head Fatima Valiyeva, and project manager Sabina Guluyeva attended the event.
