On June 5, 2024, a certificate presentation ceremony, awarded by TUDVA to students actively participating in the Turkish World Digital Citizenship Project, was held at Khazar University. Dean of the School of Economics and Management Dr. Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the School of Science and Engineering Fakhranda Efendiyeva, Deputy Dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences Aygun Verdiyeva, faculty members and students attended the event.
Dr. Zamina Ziyayeva, a lecturer in the Department of Languages and Literature and TUDVA coordinator for Khazar University, provided information about the event and the TUDVA platform.
Then Dr. Jeyhun Mammadov presented certificates to the students.
Note that TUDVA, a platform officially established during the Turkic World Symposium held in Erzincan, Türkiye, by the Organization of Turkic States in 2022, has had active participation from Khazar University students in its third year. These students include Eltaj Abilov, Lala Mammadova (School of Science and Engineering); Elnura Isayeva, Emilya Samadova, Natavan Orujova, Minura Javadova, Konul Ibrahimli, Yagut Seyidova (School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences); and Alagha Babayev (School of Economics and Management), all of whom were awarded various certificates for their activity.
Among them, Alagha Babayev (School of Economics and Management, Business Management major, 1st year) and Minura Javadova (School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, History Education major, 3rd year) won the right to participate in a week-long "Science Camp" to be organized in Türkiye.
