On May 16, 2024, the Khazar University delegation visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Azerbaijan. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan to Azerbaijan Bilal Haye, Dean of School Sciencs and Engineering  of Khazar University Fakhranda Efendiyeva, Lecturer of Computer Science Department Hafiz Muhammad Azeem Akram and Head of International Relations Department Fatima Valiyeva took part in the meeting.

During the exchange of ideas, potential long-term collaborations in science and engineering research between Khazar University and Pakistani universities were explored. The prospects for organizing student mobility and academic exchanges between the institutions were also considered. At the end of the meeting, mutual gifts were exchanged.
