On November 3, 2023, a delegation of the Beijing People's Political Consultative Conference visited the "Dunya" school. The delegation led by the Vice Chairman of the Council Zhang Jiaming included Deputy Secretary General of the Council, Head of the Research Department Chen Xu, Deputy Secretary General of the Council, Head of the Personnel and Communications Department Yang Jinghui, Head of the Council's Education, Health, Physical Education, Culture, Literature and History Committee. They included Chen Dong, Vice-Chairman of the Council's Jiangnan, Macao, Taiwan, Immigrants and Foreign Policy Affairs Committee Zhang Likun, and a staff member of the Beijing Foreign Affairs Office Chen Jingmin. The delegation was accompanied by staff members of the Chinese embassy in Azerbaijan, Su Tsin and Xie Yilin.

The guests were interested in the general educational format and educational system of the school. They asked questions about the teaching of sports and culture at the school and toured the school's sports complex. They viewed the exhibits of the Nailekhanim Museum, which was created to perpetuate the memory of Nailekhanim Isayeva, who was the co-founder of the "Dunya" school.

Then the guests took part in a musical-artistic event prepared by the teachers and students of the IB section of the school in the school's "Incichichayi" hall. Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, greeted the guests and gave general information about the school. Zhang Jiaming, vice chairman of the Beijing People's Political Consultative Conference made a speech and expressed his good impression about the school.

Following the visit, Zhang Jiaming, the head of the delegation, and deputy chairman of the Beijing People's Political Consultative Conference, sent a letter of appreciation to Khazar University.
