Aynur Rzayeva, an instructor of the Department of English Language and Literature, participated in a practical training course on the preparation of proposals for the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange projects in Vilnius, Lithuania, on September 3-8, 2023. The training course was designed for Youth workers, Youth leaders, and Youth project managers from EU partner countries and Eastern Partnership countries. The fully funded Erasmus+ program was financed by the Agency of Youth Affairs (National Agency).
The main aim of this training is to support youth exchange applicants to increase the main quality aspects in various phases of the project. The approach of this TC is based on a combination of inputs and practice to let participants put their hands on real experiences – explore problem-solving, share advice, and deal with issues that really matter. There are many quality criteria when it comes to the Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, the training course concentrates on certain aspects that most applicants are struggling with: youth participation, equal partnership, dimension of non-formal learning, intercultural learning, Youthpass process, seeing the whole project as a long-term learning process and dealing with possible risks.
In the training course, 23 participants from the Program countries and Eastern Partnership countries attended successfully.
