On September 8, 2023, at the Park INN Hotel in Baku, Türkiye's Bilecik University held a meeting with Azerbaijani students and their parents who successfully passed the Bilecik University Foreign Student Examination (BİL-YÖS) exam.

Rector of Bilecik Şeyh Edabali University Shukru Baydemir, ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Azerbaijan Jahit Baghci, member of Milli Majlis Hikmet Babaoghlu, rector of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University Jafar Jafarov, director of Public Relations and Media at Khazar University Alovsat Amirbeyli and others made speeches at the meeting. They wished the students success in their education.
