On July 7, 2023, the Ministry of Science and Education organized a meeting of heads of higher education institutions in Baku on international relations and work with foreign students at ADA University.

The meeting was attended by employees of the Ministry of Science and Education, Education Quality Assurance Agency, National Erasmus+ office, as well as 32 higher education institutions, including vice-rector for International Relations at Khazar University Vlad Vernygora and coordinator of International Relations Department Turan Alizadeh.

At the event, experience was exchanged regarding the involvement of foreign students.

The head of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Science and Education Tural Ahmadov and the head of the sector Mujdat Hasanov gave detailed information about the education of foreign students in Azerbaijan. Representatives of universities, as well as Khazar University vice-rector Vlad Vernygora made a presentation on the admission of foreign students.

After the speeches, discussions were held on questions of interest to the participants.
