On June 8, 2023, the play "Shattered Palattes" was presented by the students of Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Radio Engineering and Oil and Gas Engineering majors of the School of Science and Engineering, organized by the Department of English Language and Literature.

The performance took place at the Fikret Amirov Conference-Concert Center on the Downtown Campus of Khazar University. The screenwriters of the play were Huseyn Moylayev, Karim Najafli and Tural Abdullayev, students of the School of Science and Engineering. The motto of the event was: "Don't destroy children's future!" The event was for charity. Thus, the funds received from the event will be provided as assistance to orphanages.
