On April 28, 2023, the scientific-theoretical-pedagogical journal "Azerbaijan Journal of Educational Studies", founded by the Ministry of Science and Education, was organized by the Khazar University Library Information Center. The journal's management and university staff participated in the event.

Opening the event, dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, member of the editorial board of the journal “Azerbaijan Journal of Educational Studies”, associate professor Elza Samadli greeted the guests and spoke about her cooperation with the journal.

The editor-in-chief of the journal, Arzu Soltan, gave information about the establishment and activities of the journal. She noted that for more than 99 years, the journal has played an important role in the renewal of the education system, in the improvement of the quality of educational work, in the promotion of progressive teaching methods and forms, in the study and dissemination of advanced practice, in presenting the ideas of outstanding scientists to the society, in the formation of scientific and pedagogical thinking, and even today, the journal publishes articles by representatives of the scientific community, pedagogues, and psychologists on current problems, philosophy, and history of education.

Deputy Editor-in-Chief Nasreddin Musayev stated in his speech that 8 methodical collections were published as supplements to the journal in different years and some of them are still published today. He also informed that the journal was included in the list of publications recommended for publication of the main results of dissertations by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and answered questions.

The editorial office presented journals to the Library Information Center.
