Khazar University faculty member’s new book of poems published

The fifth book of poems entitled “Neither that sail, nor this ship” by Gardashkhan Haqqarar (Azizkhanli), the instructor of the Department of Languages and Literature of Khazar University, a well-known poet and literary critic, Ph. D. in philology, was published in the “Science and Education” publishing house.

In the first chapter of the book, which consists of four parts, "Prayers", the poet takes into account the importance of trust, faith and belief in the pure and perfect formation of human spirituality and calls for it with his prayers. According to the author, "Poems against terrorism by pen and word" have been collected in the "Symbolic sword instead of signature" chapter, and both in this chapter and in the following two chapters ("Neither that sail, nor this ship ", "Poetry without Rhyme"), the motives of citizenship - patriotism, manliness, bravery, courage - are glorified. Most importantly, all this can be comprehended by following the poet's unusual original way of thinking.

The editor of the book of poems is Ulvi Babasoy, the lecturer of the Department of Languages and Literatures of Khazar University, and a well-known literary critic.
