On May 2, 2025, Professor-Academician Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, welcomed Ilyas Bozkurt, Founder and President of TESİAD (Türkiye-Eurasia Strategic Research and Businessmen Association) and TESAM (Center for Turkish Economic-Political and Strategic Studies), along with the delegation he led.

The meeting was attended by Halil Ibrahim Yilmaz, President of TESİAD; Yıldırım Deniz, Vice President of TESAM; Talha Zeytinci, Vice President of TESİAD in charge of international branches; Muhammet Kıldıze, TESİAD and TESAM Coordinator for the Turkic World; Elməddin Məmmədzadə, Representative of TESİAD and TESAM in Azerbaijan; and Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director of Public Relations and Media at Khazar University.

During the meeting, comprehensive information was provided about the activities of TESİAD and TESAM, and potential areas of collaboration with Khazar University were discussed. Commemorative photos were taken.
