On February 9, 2023, the 76th session of Khazar University "Science and Art Assembly" was held. The session was opened by the founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli, who gave detailed information about "Kitabi Dada Gorgud” and its “Turkmen-Sahra” copy. He gave the floor to the speaker - Khazar University History and Archeology Department instructor, Doctor of Philosophy in History Bayram Guliyev, and said that the session will cause many disagreements.

Bayram Guliyev delivered a wide-ranging report on the topic of "Kitabi Dada Gorgud” and its “Turkmen-Sahra” copy on scientific grounds. After the report, intensive discussions began.

Hamlet Isakhanli, professors - Gazanfar Pashayev (Institute of Literature of ANAS), Shahin Fazil (Institute of History of ANAS), Jalil Nagiyev (Baku State University), associate professors - Elnara Aliyeva, Katiba Guliyeva (Institute of Linguistics of ANAS), Boran Aziz (Baku State University), Eldar Ismayilov, president of the Dada Gorgud National Foundation, and others spoke and expressed their opinions. In the end, Hamlet Isakhanli thanked those gathered for the interesting discussions.
