On January 24, 2023, a literary and artistic event was held with the participation of the public at the Kirshehir Neshet Ertash Cultural Center under the organization of the Kirshehir Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

All the participants of the event carried out within the framework of the " Türkiye -Azerbaijan Youth Exchange Program" decorated the hall with the flags of Azerbaijan and Türkiye. Presenter Chilem Dellal gave the floor to Numan Nafiz Şahin, head of Kirshehir Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports, for opening the event.

N.Shahin welcomed the governor of Kirshehir province and other officials, the delegation of Khazar University from Baku and those gathered in the hall, and spoke with great pride about the expansion of friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye.

Then the floor was given to Alovsat Amirbeyli, head of Khazar University's delegation. He expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the provincial directorate for their great hospitality.

Folk songs of Azerbaijan and Türkiye were performed at the literary and artistic event. Colorful dances were performed by dance groups of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

In the end, Kirshehir governor Hüdayar Mete Buhara and other officials presented certificates to the management and students of Khazar University's delegation from Azerbaijan who actively participated in the program. Memory photos were taken.
