The head of Kirshehir Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye Numan Nafiz Shahin sent a letter of thanks to the founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli.

In the letter, N. Shahin mentions the participation of the delegation of Kirshehir students in various events as a guest of Khazar University on December 12-16, 2022 in Baku, within the framework of the "Baku- Kirshehir Student Exchange Program" implemented by the Youth Center of Kirshehir Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports, their getting acquainted with historical and cultural monuments of Baku and expresses his deep gratitude to the management and employees of the university for their high attention and hospitality.
