Khazar University staff members visit Belgium within Erasmus+ ECAR project

On December 12-17, 2022, within the framework of the Erasmus+ ECAR "Establishment of the Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan" project, the partners of the project visited Belgium under the coordination of Baku Business University.

The purpose of the visit to "EFMD Global" institution located in Belgium is to strengthen the potential in internationalization of higher education.

Within the framework of the project, EFMD Global and other European partners held seminars and presentations on important topics such as quality assurance, internationalization of research and teaching, development of internationalization strategies, international projects.

In the visit, Khazar University was represented by Ingilab Ahmadov, dean of the Graduate School of Economics and Business, Saida Sharifova, chair of the division of Graduate Studies and Research.

Note that the visit was attended by about 50 delegations from 17 higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan, which are members of the project consortium of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan - rectors, vice-rectors and other responsible persons, as well as the Royal University of Technology of Sweden, Alicante University of Spain, Representatives of the Spanish Rectors' Conference, the European International Education Association, the European Union Directorate General for Research and Innovation and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) as foreign partners.
