Head of Khazar University Petroleum Engineering Department Dr. Elshan Abdullayev visited Italy's Turin Polytechnic University (Politecnico di Torino) on October 17-22 as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility (KA107) project.

The purpose of the visit was to see various research laboratories and discuss projects in the direction of future cooperation with the partner university. Within the framework of the program, Dr. Elshan Abdullayev's meeting with university professors Alberto Godio and Laura Valentina Socco covered the issues of cooperation, as well as implementation of the student exchange program for georesources and geoenergy engineering.

Also, Dr. Elshan Abdullayev visited the University's Mineralogy museum and research laboratories, and did practical field work in Valdiiri.

Dr. Elshan Abdullayev's visit was organized by Professor Fulvia Chiampo, and they discussed the Erasmus capacity building project.

Noted that Professor Fulvia Chiampo visited Khazar University in April 2022 as part of the Erasmus+ Exchange program.
