On September 26, 2022, a meeting was held with Prof. Asuman Aşık from Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey, organized by Khazar University's International Relations Office.

The meeting was attended by Milana Abbasova, the coordinator of the English language and literature department, Firangiz Nasirova, the head teacher of the department, Lala Misirkhanova, deparrment’s assistant, Tarlan Orujova, the coordinator of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, Kamala Mustafayeva, the assistant of the Quality Assurance Department, and Fatima Valiyeva, the coordinator of international relations, took part in the meeting.

It should be noted that Prof. Asuman Aşık was invited to Khazar University to give a lecture at the Department of English Language and Literature on September 26-30 within the Erasmus+ KA 107 Staff Mobility Exchange Program.
