On July 1, 2022, a meeting was held between Khazar University and Norm OJSC.

The Rector of Khazar University Irada Khalilova, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Mahammad Nuriyev, Dean of the Graduate School of Economics and Business Ingilab Ahmadov, Career Development Coordinator Elnura Ahmadzada, Coordinator of the School of Economics and Management Bahadir Baysal participated in the meeting. On the behalf of Norm OJSC, Chief Executive Officer Henning Sasse, Chief Financial Officer Elvin Mirzayev, Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager Arzu Abdullayev, Senior HR and Aministrative Specialists Tamerlan Alakbarli, Human Resources Officer Ruslan Osmanli, Public Relations Officer Narmina Mehdizade participated in the meeting.

The meeting began with the greeting from the Rector Irada Khalilova. Then, the Rector informed the guests about the university. Henning Sasse, CEO of Norm OJSC, gave information about Norm OJSC. After that, the Chief Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Specialist made a presentation about Alekbarli Norm OJSC and the internship program.

At the end of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Khazar University and Norm OJSC.
