On March 31, 2025, Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu, Head of the Department of History and Archaeology at Khazar University, participated as a guest in a live broadcast by Azerbaijan State Television (AZTV) from the Quba Genocide Memorial Complex.

During the broadcast, Professor Nusratoglu provided an extensive overview of the history of Armenian terrorism in the South Caucasus, as well as the multivolume documentary and investigative materials prepared by the Extraordinary Investigation Commission, which was established by the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic on July 15, 1918, to investigate the March 1918 genocide.
