On May 24, 2022, a meeting was held at Khazar University with representatives of the Education Student Loan Fund of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The meeting was opened by Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director of Public Relations and Media of the University, who gave general information about the education loan.

The head of the Fund's Finance Department Tehranaga Abdullayev and an employee Agja Mammadova gave a detailed explanation of the terms of the education loan. In the end, representatives of the Foundation answered numerous questions from students. The meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Mahammad Nuriyev.
