A group of Khazar University staff members, students visit Sheki within Erasmus+ PICASP project

On May 14-15, 2022, a group of Khazar University staff members and students visited Sheki as part of the Erasmus+ PICASP project.

Prior to the visit, 11 students from different faculties gained theoretical knowledge about the history and culture of Sheki and participated in a 7-hour training program specially prepared by Bayram Guliyev, the lecturer at the University's Department of History and Archeology.

Within the framework of the 2-day Cultural Heritage Guide program, Sheki Khans Palace, Upper Caravanserai, Pottery Workshop, Shakikhanov House, Underground Bath, Kish Church were visited and students informed the university staff about the history and culture of Sheki.

At the end, students were awarded by the Evaluation Commission in several nominations.
