The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) has launched another pilot program. As part of  “Graduate Analyst” internship program, information and registration activities have been started in collaboration with partner universities.

Thus, according to the one-month “Graduate Analyst” program, the last year undergraduate and graduate students, as well as 2021 university graduates were admitted to the internship program based on group interview sessions, and throughout the program in June 2022, they will have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in relevant fields by working on real-life assignments in one of the Fund's Departments of Investment, Risk Management, Oil Contracts, Budget Forecasting and Projects, Accounts, Security, Human Resources and Law.

Taking into account the fact that SOFAZ's activities are mainly financial and analytical and the business nature of the departments, in the internship program, four educational institutions - Azerbaijan State Economic University, ADA University, Khazar University and Azerbaijan-French University - have been identified as partner universities. The process of registration and selection of graduates is carried out on the basis of cooperation and collaboration with these universities. Information on the results and accountability of the internship program will be posted on the official pages of the Foundation.
