On April 18, 2022, Khazar University and Flame Business Services LLC signed a memorandum of cooperation. For this purpose, Tural Bagirov, Executive Director of Flame Business Services LLC, met with Rector Irada Khalilova at Khazar University.

The meeting was attended by Dean of the School of Economics and Management Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the School of Science and Engineering Fakhranda Alimardanova and Coordinator of Career Center Elnura Ahmadzade. Prospects for cooperation between the university and the company were discussed during the meeting.
