On December 14, 2020, Khazar University hosted a webinar entitled “Employee conflict management and mediation”. The webinar was held within the Mediation Enlightenment Week activities of the Erasmus+ MEDIATS Project (Project number 599010-EPP-1-2018-1-NL-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) and conducted by Dr. Bahadir Baysal, Coordinator of Economics and Management Department.

The webinar discussed the recent business and employee conflicts, how we can solve these conflicts and how mediator can help to solve the conflicts before going to court. Furthermore, the webinar touched upon the case studies from real life.

The webinar was followed by a Q&A session. Discussion session has been conducted at the end of the seminar. Students suggested to have workshops on the topic.”
