On December 8, 2020, AZERTAC enlightened a news about publication of an article entitled “Peace Negotiations Cannot Be Held Forever: Breaking the Deadlock in Armenia-Azerbaijan,” which was dedicated to the causes and consequences of the Second Karabakh War, co-authored by Vasif Huseynov, a lecturer in the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University in the “Insight Turkey” magazine.
