Akif Alizadeh, a senior lecturer in the Khazar University Law Department and a member of the Bar Association, has published a textbook entitled "Protection of Family Rights: The Family's Social, Legal, and Economic Protection Rights - Theory and Practice."

The textbook provides an explanatory and comprehensive description of the family's right to social, legal, and economic protection provided for in the Family Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and numerous other national legislative acts, as well as international documents that are part of the legislative system of our country and extensive information on the exercise of rights and protection mechanisms.

Although the manual is intended primarily as a textbook, it is also of interest to a wide range of readers, especially newlyweds. Anyone familiar with the textbook can defend their rights at the appropriate level without the help of a professional lawyer (or human rights activist), knowing their necessary rights.
