Article by Khazar University faculty member published in International Scientific Journal

An article entitled "Peace Negotiations Cannot Be Held Forever: Breaking the Deadlock in the Armenia-Azerbaijan" co-authored by Dr. Vasif Huseynov, instructor of Political Science and Philosophy Department, was published in Insight Turkey.

The article reflects the factors that led to the Second Karabakh War, the analysis of political developments before the war, the consequences of the war, and the trilateral agreement on November 10.
