On the 23rd of October 2020, the Ministry of Education held an online meeting with the winners of the competition for doctoral education abroad for the fall semester of 2020 in the framework of the "State Program to increase the international competitiveness of the higher education system in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023".

The meeting was attended by the Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev, other authorized representatives from the Ministry of Education, the State Program Management Group and 23 winners of the competition. The Minister of Education and other speakers congratulated the winners of the competition among 54 candidates and wished them success. The students said they would justify their confidence in the universities wherethey will study abroad.

It was noted at the meeting that Khazar University is at the forefront of the partner local higher education institutions that have signed a tripartite agreement with the Program participants.
