Meeting of editorial staff of “Azerbaijani Archeology” journal was held on January 12, 2018, at the Department of History and Archeology of Khazar University. There was considerable discussion of the quality of articles to be published in the special issue of the first number, 2018, of “Azerbaijani Archeology” journal. Also, the staff determined innovations within the journal. Prof. Gudrat Ismayilzadeh, Doctor of Science in History, editor-in-chief of “Azerbaijani Archeology” journal, Farhad Guliyev, PhD in History, Head of the Department of Institute of Archeology and Ethnography and Roza Azarzova, Head of the Department of History and Archeology, as well as Orkhan Zamanov, a lecturer of the department and Akifa Jafarli, the assistant participated in the meeting.
