A conference of law students and law alumni was held at Khazar University on December 16, 2017.

The conference was organised by Lala Darchinova, an independent lawyer, a member of International Lawyers Association and Law Teaching Center of Khazar University.

Students, professional lawyers, members of the Azerbaijan Bar Association, representatives of the International Association of Lawyers and members of the “Doughty Chambers” in London, UK, participated in the conference.

Lala Darchinova mentioned, opening the conference, that the aim of the conference was to discuss challenges of law profession by bringing young lawyers and practical lawyers together, and help young lawyers choose the right professional qualification in the future.

Jurate Guzeviciute, a lawyer of International Association of Lawyers (London), an independent lawyer Konul Gasimova, Elnur Karimova, Master’s student in Law at Marmara University, Narmin Abilova, Master’s student in Law at University of Rome talked at the conference. The conference ended with further discussions.
