There was a seminar “How should I approach my child? Support for experts and parents” on December 16, 2017, with the organizational support by the Department of Psychology of Khazar University and Khazar Psychological Service Centre. The seminar was run by Kamala Aliyeva, a lecturer of the Department of Psychology of Khazar University. During the seminar, the participants discussed various topics such as proper interaction with children, methods for eliminating problematic behaviors, impact of family environment on child personality, psychological problems arising from family types and methods for improving self-confidence of children. Malak Karimova, Director of Khazar Psychological Service Centre, stressed that parents should be educated in parenting, and together with Kamala Aliyeva, answered questions of the participants.
