On November 24-25, International scientific conference on “Transformation of our world: the role of science for promotion of integration and realization of Sustainable Development Goals” was held in Baku. The conference was organized with the support of UN Global Compact Project, Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation and “Azersu” OJSC.

During the break, on November 24, a concert was performed for the participants by the Chamber Orchestra of Khazar University (art director is Assoc. Prof. Zulfiyya Sadigova, an Honored instructor, pianist, Head of the Department of Music and Fine Arts). Mashati Jabbarova, the instructor of Khazar University and soloist of Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic Hall and Mahir Tagizadeh, the student of Baku Music Academy, performed compositions by Azerbaijan composers as well.

On the same day, an exhibition of creative works by Afag Karimova, a well-known carpet artist and the instructor of Khazar University, and by a young artist Afshan Asadova, a member of Union of Artists, was demonstrated for the participants.
