On November 27, 2017, the Eurasia Knowledge Centre at Khazar University launched, for the first time, a multi-disciplinary course on "Revenue management in natural resource-rich countries" in pilot mode. The course is attended by 22 listeners from 6 countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Mongolia and Azerbaijan). Listeners mainly represent government agencies, parliament, international financial institutions, academia, research institutes, and civil society.
During 9 days, listeners will learn the optimal management of revenue in resource-rich countries and acquire practical skills through practice.
Speakers are well-known experts in this field from Khazar and other universities.
