On November 7, 2017, the 3^rd stage of the Khazar StartUp Project was over. The Evaluation Commission discussed all the participants' proposals in details, evaluating the submitted projects on three criteria (originality, actuality and reality of application). Based on the final decision of the Commission, the following participants gained the respective places.

1^st Place: Mahammad Alizadeh, a student majoring in Electronics, Telecommunications and Radiotechnology, Khazar University.

– Idea: Creating gas sensors that warn mobile phones with GSM900 module, unlike the gas sensors used in the current world.

2^nd Place: Vladislav Pristinski, an MBA student, Khazar University.

– Idea: Creating Fashiser, the new original social consultant on shopping.

3^rd Place: Aydin Salimli, a student majoring in Tourism and Hospitality, Khazar University. 

– Idea: Creating the secondbook.az website, whose application and implementation is convenient and meets the needs of second hand books shopping online.
