On November 1, 2017, the annual report for 2016-2017 of Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE International) Azerbaijan Section has been released.

Covering the issues regarding SPE Azerbaijan Section, in this annual report the “eiLink”, research and development center of Khazar University, the students working closely with SPE Azerbaijan Section and the projects run by them have been elucidated.

At the end of the report, the remarks of Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, on the collaboration between Khazar University and SPE Azerbaijan Section have been included.
