The Symposium dedicated to the World One Health Day held at Khazar University on November 3, is now on the official web and Facebook pages of the World One Health Commission. Briefly, the World One Health Commission is a global-oriented organization dedicated to maintain health of people, pets, wildlife, plants, and the whole environment. The organization was first established in April, 1997 by a group of scientists of the American Medical Veterinary Association. In 2009, the organization's headquarters moved to Washington, and in 2010, the Iowa State University became the key partner of the World One Health Commission. Currently, there are many new members of the World One Health Commission from all over the world. In parallel with the World One Health Symposium held on November 3, 2017 at Khazar University, 101 events and symposiums were held in 35 countries around the world at the same time.
