On October 17, 2017, a meeting with students who attended preparation courses organized by Kainat Education Center was held at Neftchiler Campus of Khazar University.

Turan Jafarova, Director of International Affairs Office opened the event by welcoming all participants and thanking Kainat Education Center for their cooperation in student recruitment. In the current academic year of 2017-2018 forty students who attended preparation courses at Kainat selected to study at Khazar University. It should be noted that 25 of 40 students are alumni of the “Build Your Future,” a youth support project carried out with the corporate social responsibility policy of several local and international companies that aims at sustainable development of Azerbaijani youth through access to higher education and social integration. Khazar University and Kainat Education Center are academic partners of the “Build Your Future” project.

Dr. Hassan Niknafs, Rector of Khazar University and the acting Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, was the first one to address the students. Dr. Niknafs congratulated the students with their admission to Khazar University and wished them success in their studies. Dr. Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of School of Economics and Management, Ms. Zarifa Aliyeva Vice-Dean of School of Education, Dr. Jabir Khalilov, Dean of School of Humanities and Social Sciences congratulated young people on becoming students of one of the leading higher education institutions in Azerbaijan and delivered short speeches about their schools, and activities students could engage in. Mr. Ilqar Agakishiyev, founder and director of Kainat Education Center also congratulated the students and expressed his satisfaction from collaborating with Khazar University.

Founder of Khazar University, Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isakhanli delivered a short speech about importance of education and shared his personal story about his student life.
