On July 13, an event was held at the Azerbaijan Cultural Centre on the occasion of the national holiday of France - the Bastille Day, organized by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in France, the Azerbaijan Cultural Centre in Paris and the Association of Friends of Azerbaijan. The representatives of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in France and UNESCO, senators and representatives of the city community took part in the event. Nigar Huseynova, the advisor to the Embassy of Azerbaijan in France delivered a speech at the event and spoke about the high level of Azerbaijani-French relations.

Zulfiyya Sadigova, the pianist, Honoured Teacher, Head of the Department of Music and Fine Arts, played the piano in the artistic part of the event.
