On August 9, 2017, Mr. Saeed Khan Mohmand, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Azerbaijan, sent a letter of congratulation to Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees.

He congratulated Khazar University on the inclusion in the list of the world's 150 best young universities in the rankings released by the International QS organization and wished success and new achievements in its future activities.
